About Me

Hi, I'm Bryn Morin (she/her)

I help people find steadiness, connection, and a deeper sense of themselves — especially those who’ve felt misunderstood or overlooked by more conventional approaches.

It took me a while to settle on becoming a therapist. I began my professional life in education, working with children and young people across a wide range of needs. That work taught me something essential: real change happens not through fixed agendas, but through attuned presence and patient curiosity. That insight informs everything I do now.

I hold a Master of Counselling from the University of Edinburgh, and I’ve been working in private practice since 2020. My training and ongoing professional development have focused on somatic, body-informed, and bottom-up approaches (even before they became trendy) because of how they help people access experience that words alone sometimes can’t reach.

Along the way I’ve worked within the NHS, in charitable settings, and with neurodivergent lived experience — all of which deepened my understanding of how minds and nervous systems navigate stress, identity, and transformation. I approach this work in an affirming, relational, and embodied way, which means I’m interested in who you are, not which boxes you do or don't fit into.

I’m an accredited member of the  National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and I continue to refine my practice through ongoing learning and reflection. Credentials matter, but what matters most is what we can build together in the space between us.
