My goal is to bring you back to yourself.I'm best suited to people who are looking for something a bit different -- perhaps because they feel a bit different -- and those who are open, curious, and willing to explore what real change could look like.

- You're looking for CBT or similar structured, top-down approach
- You are looking for a diagnosis-focused approach to therapy (I work primarily through the lens of lived experience and adaptations, not labels)
- What I offer doesn't resonate with you
- My hours, location, or fees aren't compatible with your circumstances
