It's been a while...

I dropped the ball on my social media. Other things came up, and I made a concious choice to prioritise them. It is ok to let things slide sometimes! You are only human, and it's impossible to do it all. I felt nervous about coming back, knowing I left you all hanging with my last post, and also knowing a follow-up is not what I wanted to write. I put off doing this because of that. But then I thought: I'm only human too. And wouldn't it be good to let that be seen? So here I am! I'm back, and I also have some news that will hopefully help me stay on track with posting here. My practice has been full for a while, but I'm adding days to my work week. Which means I'll have more space from March! I'll now be able to offer sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. And I'll soon be taking Thursdays for self-care and admin. Because those things matter too. If you live in the UK, are thinking about starting therapy, and like the sound of what I offer... get in touch!
