Yoga Therapy for PTS(D)

Suuuuuper excited to spend the next five days immersing myself in the study of Yoga Therapy for PTS(D). I've been practising yoga since 2001 (over 20 years already! where has time gone?!), but I can't wait to zero in on how it can be used to transform the physical and psychological effects of trauma. My plan is to share some of my learnings here so we can all benefit together.
